healthy easy snack! (nutritionist approved)🤎

I’m currently in a fat loss phase/calorie deficit, and I’ve been obsessed with this snack!!

🍎 sliced apple (I love cosmic crisp, but any apple is fine)

🥜 drizzle of peanut butter (I use about 10g)

🥣 Trader Joe’s peanut butter protein granola (use whatever granola you have! I use about 15g)

🤍 cinnamon

here’s why I love it:

natural sweetness, and a hit of fiber from the apple. fiber helps keep us fuller for longer and is amazing for gut health!

although it’s not a high protein food, it still does have a little bit of protein from the granola and peanut butter. protein also helps keep us fuller for longer!

I find that the fat from the peanut butter helps me feel satiated and satisfied! peanut butter is the best 😋

healthy food doesn’t have to be boring!! I always try to find ways to dress up fruits/veggies to make them more fun and taste better. a few simple toppings can go a long way! 🫶🏼
