Today, I would like to introduce another restaurant of matcha and delicious clear tea. The shopkeeper, Sherry, started from the likes of tanmatcha very much, carried it by himself from Japan, until he decided to open the shop himself, choose the good ones to eat, and also make a beautiful atmosphere in the way of expensive tea from Japan.
There are not only matcha, but many types of tea are available. Delicious in Sencha, Houjicha. Each glass is carefully brewed. Served in different containers on each menu. Sitting in front of the bar, you can see all the steps of the brew.
Whoever is on the doi line recommends ordering Usucha here. There are many good teas to choose from. The rare ones can still be found at this restaurant. This menu is also special to choose a cup of tea to eat.
