It's the launch of a five-dimensional book, because Ploy took off the "taste, smell, sound, touch" from more than 25 years of Italian travel experience and packed it into this cafe. The Old Town Vacanza Part 2 book comes in an Italian theme, or "Italian cycle," which is beautiful from the cover. The more it opens, the more it screams, the four-color print, and the extra die-cut page along the Roman pillar is a real travel-take-eat directory. Who is going to Italy or wants to go through the letters, says that there must be this book!
The most typical Italian illy coffee, soft, dark but not bitter, likes "Come Back To Sorrento," 🍋 🟩 black coffee, lemon, mint, very refreshing, like sipping mohito by the sea without L, and "Roman Holiday," 🌞 ice-flaked milk coffee, it's like a small, intense cup, very delicious.
The must-see menu is "Timballo," a giant domed pasta pie in just three Italian cities to eat. It's the food of the elite. The richer the inner filling is, the more expensive the filling is, and the first place in Thailand to serve it. A chef from Appia came to help season the recipe for "Sicilia Sole," a refreshing lemon drink.
Another snack that I like a lot is "Ciabattone." Puff flour with cream custard, a recipe that Mother Chef Paolo from @ appiabkk makes the family eat. This one, eating a pair of coffee, is just pressed.
Finish the meal with "Cold cuts & Cheese board" with Prosecco, Italian cool, bright, feisty, very refreshing.
There is also a corner of the Italian brand, the Ploy Book, the Painted Dish, to shop with the Italian photo gallery around. Oh, and if anyone likes the smell in the store, you can buy it in reverse. It's the Eternal Sunshine smell of @ panpuriofficial.
