Love shop croissants come out on a new menu. Very rowdy. The shop takes the croissant powder to make a bun pattern. Flavor pistachio & raspberry. Sale the first day tomorrow. Slow Butter followers. Don't miss it!

It's a shop that makes plain croissant delicious, but around here, when you take the kitchen powder to make a bun, it will have a lot more fun. But the fragrance of butter is times 100.

At the top is a pistachio cream that is intended to be baked twice until it is crust. When you eat it, there will be a greater sombre of the sauce, contrasting with the sweetness of the raspberry jam inside, and the crunchiness of the pistachio flakes can only be separated by 10000 / 10 with this menu.

P.S. Every menu will bake around. If you hit it when you run out of snacks, you might have to wait a little, but it's definitely worth the deliciousness.

หลายคนเสิร์ชว่า “croissant bun” แล้วสงสัยว่ามันต่างจากครัวซองต์ปกติยังไง—จากที่ได้ลองเอง ขอสรุปแบบเข้าใจง่าย ๆ ว่า croissant bun คือการเอาแป้งครัวซองต์ (ที่เป็นชั้น ๆ laminated dough) มาขึ้นรูปให้เป็นทรง “บัน” กลม ๆ ทำให้เนื้อสัมผัสหนึบแน่นขึ้นกว่าครัวซองต์ทรงพระจันทร์ แต่ยังคงความหอมเนยและเลเยอร์ด้านในอยู่เหมือนเดิม โดยเฉพาะเวลาฉีกดูจะเห็นชั้นแป้งชัดมาก สิ่งที่ชอบของ croissant bun คือมันให้ฟีล “กินสนุก” กว่าเดิม เพราะกัดแล้วจะได้ทั้งความกรอบนอก-นุ่มหนึบใน ถ้าเป็นรส Pistachio & Raspberry ของ Slow Butter ด้านบนจะเป็น Pistachio Cream ที่อบจนมีความเป็นครัสต์นิด ๆ เวลาเคี้ยวจะมีความหนึบของครีมเพิ่มเข้ามา แล้วข้างในมี Raspberry Jam ที่ช่วยตัดเลี่ยนได้ดีมาก ทำให้รสไม่หนักไปทางหวานมันอย่างเดียว แถมมี pistachio flakes เพิ่มความกรุบอีกชั้น ถ้าใครอยากไปตาม “croissant bun” ให้ไม่พลาด แนะนำ 3 อย่างนี้จากประสบการณ์: 1) ไปช่วงเช้าหรือก่อนเที่ยง โอกาสเจอขนมครบกว่า เพราะร้านอบเป็นรอบ ๆ ถ้าไปชนตอนหมดรอบอาจต้องรอ 2) ถ้าเห็นป้าย “Only grab & go — no dine in.” ให้เตรียมใจว่าเน้นซื้อกลับ จะได้ไม่งงหน้าร้าน 3) ซื้อแล้วอยากให้กรอบขึ้น แนะนำอุ่นเตาอบ/หม้อทอดลมร้อนแป๊บเดียว (ไม่ต้องนาน) จะช่วยคืนความกรอบของผิวแป้งและทำให้กลิ่นเนยชัดขึ้นมาก เรื่องการจับคู่เครื่องดื่ม: รสพิสตาชิโอค่อนข้างหอมมัน ถ้ากินคู่กาแฟอเมริกาโน่เย็นจะบาลานซ์ดี หรือถ้าอยากสดชื่นหน่อย เลือกเลมอนเนดก็เข้ากับราสเบอร์รี่แยมมาก เพราะช่วยดันความเปรี้ยวให้เด่นขึ้น พิกัดตามไปลองได้ทั้งสาขาหัวลำโพงและสยามพารากอน (ชั้น G) ร้านเปิดทุกวัน 7:00–16:00 และมีที่จอดรถด้านใน (สาขาหัวลำโพงอยู่ริมถนนมหาพฤฒาราม แยกหัวลำโพงเลี้ยวซ้าย) ใครเป็นสายครัวซองต์อยู่แล้ว บอกเลยว่า croissant bun เป็นอีกเวอร์ชันที่ควรลองจริง ๆ
