私も先日この話題の『ちーずじぱんぐ』のチーズマカロンをPOPUPで購入してみました。まず、外見がとてもユニークで、黒色のマカロンには竹炭が使われていると聞き、見た目から楽し めました。食べてみると、外側のマカロン生地がとろっと溶けて、内側のクリームチーズのガナッシュが濃厚で、とってもまろやか。甘さも控えめなので、チーズ本来のコクがしっかり感じられ、普通のマカロンとは違う新感覚スイーツだと実感しました。 POPUPでしか手に入らない限定品なので、販売される日程をチェックしておくのが大切です。私の場合は高島屋京都店で購入できましたが、ほかにも大丸神戸店や東武池袋店での開催予定があるので、ぜひ近くの方は訪れてみてください。名古屋のPOPUP開催がないのは残念ですが、その分、開催される店舗に足を運んで特別感を味わうのも楽しいですよ。 そして、背景にある名前の由来「黄金の国ジパング」にちなんで、和と洋の融合をテーマにしたチーズスイーツという点も興味深いです。和の竹炭と洋のクリームチーズの組み合わせは、日本らしさと新しさを兼ね備えたスイーツとして注目されています。 私はスイーツ好きの友人にもぜひおすすめしたいと思いましたし、これからも限定POPUP情報にはアンテナを張って新しい味にチャレンジしていきたいです。そんな楽しみもあるので、皆さんもぜひお近くのPOPUPに行って、話題のチーズマカロンを体験してみてくださいね。
