「葉山のヴィラ／貸別荘（オーシャンビュー・プール付き）」を探している人向けに、私が泊まる前に知りたかったポイントをまとめます。 まず“プール付きホテル”と迷う人も多いと思うのですが、貸別荘の良さは「時間を気にせず、完全に自分たちのペースで過ごせる」ところ。プライベートプールは貸切なので、人目を気にせず入れて、写真も撮りやすいです。しかも水が冷たすぎない時期だと意外と長く楽しめました（体感は季節や天候で変わるので、羽織りやバスタオル多めが安心）。 大人数での検討ポイントは“寝室の数”と“くつろげる共有スペース”。ここは寝室が3部屋で最大6名まで泊まれるので、友達同士の旅行でも部屋割りがしやすい印象でした。ソファでだらだらできるホテルライクな内装も居心地が良くて、夜は部屋に戻ってからも「二次会」みたいにゆっくり過ごせます。 オーシャンビュー目的なら、テラスや浴室から海が見えるかも大事。私は「テラスへ出ると目の前に海を一望できる」感じがかなり刺さりました。ジャグジーがあると、プール→温まる→また外へ、の動線ができて満足度が上がります。 BBQをやりたい人は、予約前に“利用条件（機材の有無・持ち込み可否・近隣への配慮）”を必ず確認するのがおすすめ。食材は葉山〜逗子あたりで調達して向かうとスムーズでした。 アクセス面は車がいちばん楽ですが、電車＋バスでも行けます。週末は国道134号が混みやすいので、到着時間に余裕を持つとストレスが減ります。 最後に、同じように「神奈川でプール付きヴィラ」「貸切プール」「絶景のパノラマオーシャンビューの一棟貸し」を探している人は、①人数（最大何名か）②プールが完全貸切か③海の見え方（テラス・浴室など）④BBQ可否、の4点で絞ると失敗しにくいです。
