Today I was reading In the Silence: 365 Days of Inspiration from Spirit by Suzanne Giesemann, and this message stopped me in my tracks ๐ญ๐
How often do we care for everyone elseโฆ while speaking harshly to ourselves? ๐ฟ
This message painted the most beautiful picture โ a peaceful sanctuary filled with flowers ๐ธ, soft music ๐ถ, comfort ๐ค, and angels beside you reminding you how loved and worthy you truly are ๐ผโจ
And then it asked something powerful:
๐ซ Why have you not created this for yourself yet? ๐ซ
Maybe self-love isn't always bubble baths and perfect mornings โ๐ท
Maybe sometimes it looks like:
โจ Rest without guilt
โจ Speaking kindly to yourself
โจ Nourishing your body
โจ Creating peaceful spaces
โจ Allowing yourself to heal
The beautiful reminder here is that our "spiritual spa" doesn't have to be somewhere far away ๐ It can begin right where we are โ in our homes, our thoughts, and our hearts ๐
I've been a little obsessed with Suzanne Giesemann lately ๐โจ and if you need encouragement, comfort, or spiritual inspiration, I truly recommend her books, podcasts, or videos ๐ค
Tonight, maybe ask yourself gentlyโฆ ๐ธ
๐ญ If I believed I was fully worthy of love and careโฆ what would I give myself today?
๐๏ธโจ The angels may be waitingโฆ but we take the first step.
