HGW tips & playlists (& how I lost 10 lbs)

You know I love my HGW’s😙

I started getting serious about my health a few months ago to try and lose 25 pounds. I started at 155 and I am down to 145! Slowly but surely I am shedding a few pounds and on my way to my goal weight.

Daily walks are one of the things I incorporated into my health routine (I also am eating high protein, and incorporating weight training to lose weight too, but more on that later).

These are some tips that I have stuck to for my Hot Girl Walks, as well as some of my favorite playlists to mix it up.
