Short staffed is already chaos… but add 2 admissions, 27 call lights going off, AND state walking through the door?! 😭💀 If you’ve ever worked in a nursing home, you already know how FAST everybody suddenly starts moving. 😂🏃‍♀️💨 Healthcare is a team sport… and apparently a contact sport. 😂
