I’ve shared a lot… probably overshared at times. So why not one more thing. I’m 29 and a mom of four, and while I wouldn’t trade any part of my journey, my body hasn’t felt like mine for a very long time. I worked out consistently before, during, and after each pregnancy. I counted macros and focused on protein. I did everything “right”… but nothing changed. I felt stuck, frustrated, and honestly, I cried a lot. And I want to feel healthy and confident again — not “skinny,” just me.
I debated trying GP for a long time but because of the judgment people throw around I was terrified. But the truth is: I need this physically and mentally.

ALL have had TERRIFIC EXPERIENCES …..they have had WEIGHT LOSS RESULTS ….they are FEELING BETTER than they have in a LONG TIME !!! LOSING these EXTRA LBS …has done WONDERS for their SELF CONFIDENCE …it has been FUN Watching these LADIES EXPERIENCE this POSITIVE SUCCESS . THEY ARE EXCITED ….LOOKING FORWARD to SPRING just AROUND the CORNER ….they are PURCHASING some PRETTY NEW Items for their WARDROBE ….SMALLER SIZED ITEMS ! PLEASE ENJOY Taking GOOD CARE of yourself …..YOU ARE GOING to LOOK and FEEL BETTER ….CARRYING AROUND this EXTRA WEIGHT IS NOT GOOD for ANY OF US as WOMEN ….FAT FEEDS ESTROGEN …. NOT GOOD ! PLEASE DO NOT PAY …..ATTENTION to ANYONE that has ANYTHING NEGATIVE OR CRITICAL to SAY ….about the LATEST WEIGHT LOSS . I was 25 with my 2 Children ….a SON and a DAUGHTER …I enjoyed being a YOUNG Mother GROWING UP with my Children …we ALWAYS had SO MUCH FUN together ! My FRIEND from WORK and I bought homes in the Same Community After we BOTH MARRIED and had Children . We both had Husbands that put in 14 hr.+ DAYS at their WORK .
