Ingredients
✨ 2lbs stew meat
✨ 2 pkts onion soup mix
✨ 2 cups beef broth
✨ 2 pkts Au Jus gravy mix
✨ minced garlic (measure with your heart)
✨ sliced onions (measure with your heart)
✨ sliced mushrooms (optional) (measure with your heart)
✨ Place stew meat in crockpot. Add in all ingredients and mix. Cover and leave on high for 3-4 hours. Once you get close to supper add in a cornstarch slurry to help thicken up gravy.
I serve it over mashed potatoes and have fresh Parmesan green beans. 😋
