Healthy BREAKY ☀️😋

I’ve been seeing the Kodiak protein breakfast muffins EVERYWHERE so I decided to make them myself 💪🏼

- 1 tube breakfast sausage (of choice)

- 2 cups Kodiak pancake mix

- 1 1/2 cups milk (of choice)

- 1 cup of cheese (of choice)

- 4 tbsp maple syrup

- olive oil spray

First cook sausage. Next mix together the pancake mix, milk, syrup & cheese add in the cooked sausage last! Add to a sprayed muffin tin & bake at 375/400 for about 15/20 minutes! Serving size is about 2! Keep in fridge till eaten & microwave for about 30/45 seconds to warm up. Enjoy!
