I would always ignore those people who would say being fit is more about your diet than the workouts. I wholeheartedly believed I could extreme workout a bad diet but as I’ve gotten older it is sooo much harder for me. Portioning is the hardest thing 😕 I love my carbs!! Eventually I’ll get a scale
