Let’s make dinner🫶

Ingredients:

• 3–4 lbs beef chuck roast

• Chicken Bullion, Garlic powder, Creole seasoning, black pepper

• 2–3 tbsp olive oil

• 1 large onion, chopped

• 4 garlic cloves, minced

• 4 carrots, cut into chunks

• 4 potatoes, cut into chunks

• 2 cups beef broth

• 1 cup red wine (optional, or use more broth)

Instructions:

1. Prep the Beef:

Pat the roast dry, then season generously with chicken bullion, garlic powder, creole seasoning & black pepper

2. Sear the Meat:

In a large Dutch oven, none stick or heavy pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the roast on all sides until browned (about 4–5 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.

3. Sauté Aromatics:

In the same pot, add onion and cook 2–3 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.

4. Deglaze:

Pour in wine (if using) or beef broth and scrape up browned bits from the bottom of the pot.

5. Add Veggies & Herbs:

Add carrots, potatoes, Pour in more beef broth.

6. Slow Cook:

Cover and cook:

• In the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 3–4 hours, or

• In a slow cooker on low for 8 hours, or

• On the stovetop on low for 3–4 hours.

7. Finish & Serve:

Rice or mashed potatoes
