Double the trouble

😂 Being a twin parent should come with a warning label: “Expect double the chaos, double the love, and double the questions about how you survive.”

Some days I’m like a referee, referee coach, and referee coach’s assistant—all at the same time. One minute they’re hitting each other, the next they’re best friends again, and 30 seconds later one is crying while the other is laughing like a little maniac. And don’t even get me started on the nonstop “Ma, Ma, Ma!” or “Da, Da, Da!” on repeat. My ears might never recover. 😅

Twin parents know the struggle: feeding two at the same time, chasing them around like it’s a marathon, trying to get one down for a nap while the other is staging a full-blown rebellion… and somehow still managing to find joy in the little moments—like them laughing together, discovering something new, or hitting that milestone you prayed for.

Twin life is a rollercoaster of exhaustion, love, and comedy gold. But here’s the truth: despite the chaos, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Those tiny humans have doubled my heart, doubled my laughs, and yes… sometimes doubled my gray hairs, but every second is worth it.
