And while in some situations yes, gear absolutely does matter - it’s more pointed to beginners emptying their bank accounts on a body and lens without knowing the correct techniques and composition styles.
Like for these videos - both were shot on a $3k+ setup - but only one video had correct lighting, focal length, white balance, framing, etc.
Having a high-end setup doesn’t automatically make you a great photographer or videographer. Know the basics; and let your gear enhance your styles!📸
