Meals ive been eating to slim down 🩵

I'm down about 8 pounds, which doesn't sound like a lot, but I can already feel the difference in my body! Not all of these meals are "good for weight loss" but loosening my grip on rigid perfection has truly made all the difference. Now, eating something beyond my alotted calories doesn't send me into a binge-y spiral, but I'm able to move on and just keep making good choices with the rest of my day/week ❤️ I've been able to get a better handle on my portion control too; I actually leave leftovers sometimes instead of maintaining my clean plate club membership. I truly wish it hadn't taken me 32 years to figure this out.... what lessons around fitness and nutrition do you wish you'd learned sooner?
