Another trick is to bring a small towel or cushion to place behind your back or seat if the machine still doesn’t quite fit. This can help improve your posture and the range of motion during exercises. For machines that aren't adjustable enough, try looking for alternative exercises that target the same muscle groups. Free weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight movements can often accommodate a wider range of body sizes and allow for more natural movement. Finally, remember to listen to your body. If a machine causes discomfort or pain because of your height, it’s better to modify your workout than to push through and risk injury. Regularly making these constant adjustments, although a bit frustrating at first, leads to more effective workouts and better results.
