Finally decided i needed to start the 75 hard challenge. I want to push my self and show i can do sharing i put my mind to and if i post about it i will hold myself accountable. Rules are: 1. One 45 min outdoor workout and one indoor workout. 2. Stick to a diet and no alcohol or cheat meals.
