📔 Trying to change {Day 9} I have had a crazy year… I was in a group therapy program for people with anxiety and depression symptoms. Basically, it was DBT, mindfulness, and exposure therapy. I feel like it permanently changed me! When I tell you I am agoraphobic, I’m really not kidding
