gymming after a 1.5 year break 🥹🥹
i've been gymming for quite some time in the past but i had to stop bc of an injury 😔 and also bc i was overexercising and not eating enough which led to the loss of my period :(( but!!! i recently completed 3 cycles of my period YAYYY which means that i can slowly start incorporating exercise

i used to be terrified of eating white rice even though i love rice bc i would get into a food coma and fall asleep in class/at work which turned into an unhealthy habit of restricting carbs 🥲 and probably contributed to the loss of my period bc carbs are what your brain and body need for energy!!
