First batch of fall cookies! 1 box of spice cake mix, 1 can of pumpkin, a bag of chocolate chips (I use semi-sweet), and I usually add a dash more cinnamon and a splash of vanilla. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, I use a medium cookie scoop so they are all even! Soft and fluffy and so chocolatey!
