I have $60 left on my food stamp card and a toddler who is out of snacks. I was also able to get ingredients for two dinners and a snack for us adults too!!

Using my crock pot to shred up seasoned chicken breasts is the easiest and most versatile dinner I could make!! Tonight it’s chicken fajita, last week it was buffalo chicken, and next week I’ll do this but with an orange sauce for rice and veggies!! What are you making tonight for dinner?!

My daughters first school concert was tonight, and she sang every song. As a parent to a child on the autism spectrum, this is a BIG deal. She didn’t hate it, she adapted to it in her own way. And I am so grateful to her teacher for giving her the tools to do that!!
