We have fish tacos at home ✨ Try this beer battered fish taco recipe 🐟 The only thing I was missing was the creamy chipotle sauce but my mom brain forgot a few ingredients at the grocery store so I made it work! Such and easy recipe & perfect for the warm weather ☀️

Beer batter recipe:

1 lb fish of choice

1 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 tsp mustard

1 egg

8-10 oz of beer (or sparkling water)

2 tbsp milk

Slaw pico:

Purple cabbage

Green cabbage

(Or just buy a slaw mix)

1 tomato

1 jalapeno (optional for heat)

Chopped cilantro

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

* for a creamy slaw add a couple tablespoons of mayo
