My walking essentials 👟

Nothing clears my head like a long walk with a good playlist, comfy shoes, and my favorite podcast in my ears.

Here are my must-haves for my daily movement:

👟 Brooks Ghost 17 – Like walking on clouds. No break-in time, just instant support and comfort.
