Starting the week with a clear and focused mind is something I’ve tried to make a habit through my own Monday Reset routine. Beyond the usual chores like changing sheets or meal prepping, I’ve found that resetting emotionally and spiritually prepares me to face the week more calmly and intentionally. One of the key steps I practice is praying for patience—especially for those people who often test my limits. This practice alone shifts my perspective from frustration to compassion. It reminds me that everyone faces battles we may not see. Another powerful action is sending an unexpected message to a friend or loved one—simply telling them you’re proud of them or thinking about them. This simple act opens a channel for positive energy and connection. Finally, prepping your heart means choosing kindness deliberately. On busy or overwhelming days, this intention helps me slow down and remember what truly matters—human connection and love. I try to ask myself, 'Who can I encourage today?' and it’s surprisingly uplifting to take that moment. Embracing a Monday Reset rooted in faith and love has made a big difference in how I approach challenges and relationships. It’s less about hustle and more about heart, creating a foundation of peace and purpose for the entire week.
