Finding joy in everyday life can sometimes feel challenging, especially amidst our busy schedules and various responsibilities. From personal experience, I’ve found that actively choosing to enjoy life begins with small but intentional actions that help us appreciate the present moment. One effective method is practicing mindfulness — taking a few minutes each day to fully engage with your senses and surroundings without judgment. This can be as simple as enjoying a cup of tea while focusing on its aroma or taking a leisurely walk, observing nature around you.
