How to handle documentation

✨ to issue a new passport requires a missing notice from the police department first.

1. 2 photos (There is a photo cabinet in the basement building for 150TWD. Use cash or Easy Card)
2. Flight copy document (if available, it will make communication easy. In case we fly that day, it may be a little faster when talking to the authorities)
3. Passport Copy Document (If there is, it will be fine, but no matter. Therefore, everyone should take the Passport page. Keep it!!)
👀 in the BMA building has a self-shot photocopier, two TWD each, a coin or a bank.

🙃 for what!? Go for emergency travel documents ‼️. We arrive, ask the authorities, have the documents to fill out, and we file the NCPO card. We go. After a while, the staff will take a picture of us, print the travel certificate to the end. ✨

เผื่อใครกำลังค้นหา “พาสปอร์ตหายที่ไต้หวัน” หรือ “ต่อพาสปอร์ตที่ไต้หวัน” แล้วกำลังใจตก—ขอเล่าประสบการณ์/เช็กลิสต์ที่ช่วยให้ทำเรื่องไวขึ้นแบบไม่หลงทางนะ สิ่งแรกที่อยากบอกคือ “กรี๊ดได้ แต่ห้ามหลุดสติ” เพราะงานหลักมี 2 ด่านเหมือนในโพสต์: (1) แจ้งหายกับ ตม. ไต้หวัน (National Immigration Agency) และ (2) ไปที่ Thailand Trade and Economic Office (สำนักงานการค้าและเศรษฐกิจไทยในไทเป) เพื่อขอเอกสารเดินทางฉุกเฉิน (Emergency Travel Document Thailand) สำหรับเดินทางกลับไทยหรือเดินทางต่อ ก่อนออกจากที่พัก แนะนำให้เตรียม 6 อย่างนี้ (ช่วยมากตอนสื่อสารกับเจ้าหน้าที่): 1) รูปถ่าย 2 ใบ ตามที่โพสต์บอก (ในตึก ตม. มักมีตู้ถ่ายรูป) 2) สำเนาหน้าพาสปอร์ตไทย (ถ้ามี) หรืออย่างน้อย “รูป พาสปอร์ต ไทย” ที่ถ่ายเก็บไว้ในมือถือ (หน้า Photo page) 3) บัตรประชาชนไทยตัวจริง (สำคัญมากตอนขอเอกสารกับสำนักงานการค้าไทย) 4) Flight info / e-ticket / สำเนาไฟลต์ (ยิ่งถ้าบินใกล้ๆ ยิ่งช่วยให้เขาเร่งขั้นตอนได้) 5) หลักฐานอื่นแทนพาสปอร์ต เช่น รูปวีซ่า (ถ้ามี), ใบจองโรงแรม, บัตร EasyCard ที่มีชื่อ (ถ้ามี) 6) เงินสดเผื่อค่าถ่ายเอกสาร/ค่ารูป/ค่าเดินทาง (บางจุดรับแค่เหรียญ/แบงค์) ทริคเรื่อง “ปริ้นเอกสารที่ไต้หวัน” ถ้าไม่มีเครื่องปริ้น: 7-11 ใกล้ๆ ช่วยชีวิตได้จริง โดยส่งไฟล์ไปที่อีเมล iBon แล้วไปรับเป็น QR Code เพื่อสั่งพิมพ์ที่เครื่อง (จำไว้ว่าโดยมากแนบหลายไฟล์ในเมลเดียวไม่ได้ ให้ส่งทีละไฟล์ จะไม่งงตอนหน้าเครื่อง) หลายคนถามว่า “ต่อพาสปอร์ตที่ไต้หวันได้เลยไหม?” จากที่เจอมา ถ้าเป้าหมายคือกลับไทยด่วน วิธีที่เดินง่ายสุดคือขอ Emergency Travel Document ก่อน (ใช้เดินทางได้ตามเงื่อนไขที่เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้ง) แล้วค่อยไปทำพาสปอร์ตเล่มใหม่ที่ไทยจะชัวร์กว่า ส่วนใครจะอยู่ต่อไต้หวัน แนะนำถามเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานการค้าไทยตรงๆ ว่ากรณีของเราควรทำแบบไหน เพราะขึ้นกับสถานะการพำนักและไฟลต์ สุดท้ายที่อยากย้ำ: หลังทำเรื่องเสร็จแล้ว ให้เซฟรูปเอกสารทั้งหมดไว้ในมือถือ/อีเมลตัวเอง (ใบแจ้งหาย, ใบเดินทางฉุกเฉิน, flight info) เผื่อโดนถามที่สนามบินหรือหน้าเกท จะหยิบ “Flight info.” ให้ดูได้ทันที ลดความเครียดไปเยอะ
