As a graduate student, managing your time effectively is crucial. Mondays typically begin with early classes that run from 9 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by a lunch break to recharge. It’s essential to find balance; I grab a cherry limeade for a quick boost. The afternoon resumes with classes until 3:45 PM, which can be tiring but rewarding. After classes, I enjoy hitting the gym for some workouts that help de-stress and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Recently, I’ve also taken up reading; currently, I’m diving into novels by bestselling authors like Rebecca Yarros. Completing my day with a good book is the perfect way to unwind and prepare for the next busy day. For students looking to enhance their daily routine, make sure to incorporate exercise and leisure reading into your schedule for a well-rounded day! Keep exploring your passions, like audiobooks for commuting to campus, making your day both productive and enjoyable.
