college skincare staples ! 🫧

Some of my favorite skincare products as a college student! Most of these are pretty budget friendly—some are splurges but I think they’re worth it!

YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE CLEANSER 🧴

This is my all time favorite cleansers. It doesn’t leave my face feeling too oily/dry, and has clean ingredients! It also has refills so you’re helping the environment as well.

GARNIER MICELLAR WATER 💧

A tried and true staple. Works amazing getting makeup off! I like using the waterproof one.

BYOMA MILKY TONER 🪷

A rhode dupe that gets the job done! I love using this under makeup or just in my nighttime skincare

GLOW RECIPE 🍉

The glass skin essentials kit was a splurge, but I really like these products. They do have a strong watermelon scent but it doesn’t bother me! The hue drops are also awesome. A lot of other bronzing products break me out, but these don’t!

SAMPLES ☀️

The Innis Free Sunscreen is AWESOME! I’ve been using it every day and it doesn’t leave a cast or have a terrible smell. The Laneige lip mask is definitely not a must, but as someone with consistently chapped lips I think it works great!

GOOD MOLECULES MOISTURIZER 🌱

Last but not least, a product I’ve been using for YEARS! I love her, she gets the job done, not to thick but not too oily.

Do you have any skincare products you swear by?

Among the standout products is the YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE cleanser, known for its clean ingredients and refillable design—perfect for eco-conscious students! The garnier micellar water is a lifesaver for quick makeup removal; it effectively gets rid of stubborn waterproof makeup without irritating the skin. For a refreshing post-cleansing touch, the BYOMA milky toner offers the same effects as higher-end products without the price tag. When it comes to hydration, the GLOW RECIPE products, while a bit pricier, deliver great results and are worth the splurge for their effectiveness. Their glass skin essentials kit can help achieve that desirable dewy look, while the hue drops provide a blemish-free bronzed finish. For daily sun protection, the Innis Free sunscreen is a must-have and is lightweight, ensuring no annoying white cast remains on your skin. Lastly, the GOOD MOLECULES moisturizer, which balances hydration without making the skin feel greasy, rounds out the essentials perfectly. Building a reliable skincare routine on a college budget is absolutely possible with these products!
