I went to tsuikyu, which sells mainly cheesecake, which is rented several times a month.

I made a reservation the day before and ordered canelé and drinks on the day.

I visited around 11 o clock, but three tables were filled, and one table seat and the counter were vacant. I was able to order immediately because I had reserved it, and I was able to have it provided without waiting.

The matcha-based cheesecake with red bean paste goes well with the sweet red bean paste without losing the flavor and color of the matcha, and even if you add the topping of red bean paste butter, you can enjoy it with just the dough of the matcha cheesecake. For those who like red bean paste, it was a nice point to be able to add red bean paste that feels grainy.

The canelé was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and it was delicious even with red bean paste. Canelé cannot be stored, so if you want to order it, we recommend you to go early.

Strawberry latte contains milk and espresso in a sweet sauce with crushed strawberries, and when mixed well, I was able to have a strawberry latte with a modest sweetness that goes well with cheesecake.

There are other shops on other days of the week, so it is recommended to check before going.
