This time I went to eat the recommended boiled tongue at the shop. It was a thick-cut tongue, but it was stewed until it became a hollow, and it was soft enough to be cut quickly with chopsticks. The homemade blended wasabi was not too pungent and I enjoyed it while enjoying the scent of wasabi. It was said that it would harden when it cooled, but it was too delicious before it cooled and I ate it up.
I also had potato salad while it was warm. I could feel the egg slightly, but it was mellow and tasted like soup stock, and it was delicious that I had never eaten before.
The fig butter was covered with items and had an accent taste. It was a feeling of size that was easy to eat between meals and after meals.
The yam had a strong soup stock, and the combination of the light texture and the taste of the soup stock was well eaten while it was hot.

There were table seats, counter seats and private rooms, and it was a shop that was easy to use even for multiple people such as farewell party even with a small number of people.
