Share two job experiences with the reasons why I wanted to quit.
✨ will share the experience of why we want to resign.
- At the end, we started working at the first place for a year. 💚
- We worked for a year and six months. 🧡
(both of which teach us to learn and grow better than ever)
✨ this one is only a personal experience, if anyone has an opinion can share it. 🤤
🔎 normally when we feel like resigning, the main reason comes from three main things.
1. Work
2. Money
3. Colleagues
When we quit, we tried to list what the problems were caused by us, and can we solve them?
⚖️ we try to weigh that. If you go, it will find something better. Is it true that the problems in the new place we will find?!
‼️ Every company has a problem. He hired us to solve it.
🤯 when we want to quit, it doesn't start with us wanting to quit.
- It's getting this feeling, getting more frequent, more frequent.
From every month > > every week > > every day
🤔 when it gets more frequent, do we feel like, okay, maybe we need a new job?
😗 while we were thinking about ourselves, we chose to file a resume to open up new opportunities for us.
⚠️ when filing the resume, we don't know if it's new, right?
- But with the problems we've experienced here, it can't be solved. We'll try to find a new place. I don't know if it's better, but it's not good now.
This is the main reason we resigned. Anyone can share it.
