Also, layering comfortable activewear helps me tackle quick outdoor walks even in chilly, damp weather without feeling miserable. Tracking your daily progress with gadgets or apps creates a sense of achievement and keeps you accountable. Remember, rainy days don’t have to mean rest days—they can be an opportunity to mix up your routine with new fitness challenges. Staying consistent with daily steps not only supports your fitness journey but also benefits your mood and overall health on those dreary days.
