(Almost) Didn't get called an intern interview because I didn't understand this.🥹❗️

: We learned journalism. During the semester, we made a portfolio and resume, filed in different areas of interest, and there was one contact back, but almost missed the opportunity because we didn't understand the word "cc" in the mail delivery channel.

For some people may not yet know this abbreviation and its correct use. Today we will explain it. 🫡🫡

CC (abbreviated Carbon Copy) in e-mailing is "sending a copy to" another person who is not the main recipient, but you also want him to be informed of that e-mail. All recipients in the To and CC channels can see each other's e-mail lists.

Valid CC implementation:

• To (to) Channel: Enter the name of the main recipient or the person you want to perform (Action) directly.

• CC Channel: Enter the name of the endorser, boss, colleague or related person to stay informed (For your information) but do not reply or take action.

📧 In short, if you see the word cc in the Gmail transmission channel, it means both primary and secondary mail. Do not ❌ send only one mail, but must send both.

💁🏻‍♀️💬 some reason to attach cc mail as well. In case the person who receives the main mail is not available to open the check mail often, the information we send may not be read (which may also affect us if we need a contact in our scheduled period).
