Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones

Ingredients:

For the Crunch Topping:

• 20 Golden Oreos, crushed

• 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

• 1 box (3 oz) strawberry gelatin mix

For the Cheesecake Filling:

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened

• 1 cup powdered sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream

For Assembly:

• 6 waffle cones

• Fresh strawberries, sliced

• Whipped cream (optional)

• White chocolate, melted (for drizzle, optional)

Instructions:

1. Make the Crunch Topping:

• Crush the Golden Oreos in a food processor (or place in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin).

• In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter and strawberry gelatin powder until well combined.

• Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes (or air fry for 3 minutes). Let cool.

2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

• In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

• In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

• Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

3. Assemble the Cones:

• Fill each waffle cone with the cheesecake filling using a piping bag or spoon.

• Dip the rim of the cones in melted white chocolate, then into the strawberry crunch topping for extra flavor.

• Sprinkle the remaining crunch topping over the filling.

• Garnish with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
