Mondays are normally hard for everyone. ( CONVERSATION WITH MYSELF) Remember to drink your water. Day 1, you had three weeks off from the gym. Don't overdo it. You have nothing to prove to anyone else but yourself(Hell at 52 you look damn good, I do say so my self).
Remember to eat. Giving back to you. Repeat to yourself.
Everyone else gets the overflow. Only after my cup is full.
Also, remember it's okay to be the villain in their nightmare. To be the Queen in your own dreams.

... Read moreMondays can indeed pose challenges, yet they are the perfect time to reset and focus on personal wellness. Starting each week with gratitude can transform your outlook. Incorporating simple routines, such as meditation and stretching in the morning, helps ground your day. Medium workouts are ideal for easing back into fitness after a break; consider a balanced combination of cardio and strength training to support your overall health. Remember the principle of giving back to yourself first—make self-care a priority to ensure you can be there for others. By establishing a consistent night routine filled with relaxation techniques such as reading or a soothing bath, you can ensure restorative sleep, such as focusing on gratitude will help in maintaining this balance. Embrace these practices as not just tasks but as strategies to become the queen of your own dreams, not afraid to rejoin the gym, uplift your spirit, and conquer the world. Make it a habit to awaken daily with gratitude and the positive affirmation that you deserve this time for yourself.
