Hide the emotions

Sometimes people smile, laugh and joke, so they don’t have to feel the pain, the hurt, the rejection, and all the things that we think about ourselves that keep us with low self-esteem. Because we feel inferior to others from comparing our lives to others and doing that so many years, it really is hard to climb out of that mindset, but I am here to tell you that it can be done. Finally, surrounding oneself with positive influences and supportive individuals can foster a greater sense of belonging and acceptance, ultimately aiding in the long-term journey of self-acceptance. Remember, it's possible to transform pain into strength and live authentically.
