⁉️What? In the hotel bathroom.😨
We booked two nights of accommodation (in BMA), found many pictures in the bathroom, and many of those sisters are alive.
🔹, we informed the staff to change rooms.
But the staff said the room was full. It could not be replaced.
(Will inject pesticides)
🔹 we said we were no longer staying because we were uncomfortable staying and asked for a refund on the second night.
🔹 we took pictures and clips to inquire that it was inconvenient to stay in the same room because it was so much and we stayed for 2 nights, so the staff found a new room to change.
🔹 the shelter says it will take full care.
But on the second day, we're cleaning the room back in the evening.
The room didn't clean any!
🔹 have asked us which employee to clean up. We called from the room. We didn't ask the employee's name.
🔹 feel bad and disappointed with the extreme break as BMA accommodation is often seen on social. I think there should be a better deal.

จากประสบการณ์การพักโรงแรมครั้งนี้ ต้องบอกเลยว่าการเจอแมลงหรือสัตว์เล็กๆ ในห้องน้ำสร้างความกังวลและไม่สบายใจอย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะเมื่อต้องเข้าพักในเมืองใหญ่เช่นกรุงเทพฯ ที่หลายท่านอาจคาดหวังถึงความสะอาดมาตรฐานสูง การที่เจอแมลงจำนวนมากในห้องน้ำทำให้ผมตัดสินใจแจ้งพนักงานทันทีและขอเปลี่ยนห้อง แต่พบว่าห้องพักเต็มและได้คำตอบว่าจะฉีดยาฆ่าแมลงให้แทน ซึ่งอาจไม่ได้ช่วยให้รู้สึกสบายใจมากขึ้นแต่อย่างใด ในกรณีที่ต้องพักโรงแรม ควรมีการตรวจสอบเบื้องต้นโดยเฉพาะในห้องน้ำและมุมห้องที่อาจเป็นที่หลบซ่อนของแมลง หากเจอปัญหา ควรแจ้งพนักงานอย่างชัดเจนและเก็บหลักฐานภาพถ่ายหรือคลิปวิดีโอไว้เพื่อยืนยันปัญหา การสื่อสารตรงกับฝ่ายดูแลความสะอาดของโรงแรมเป็นเรื่องสำคัญ เพราะบางครั้งอาจเกิดความเข้าใจผิดหรือการสื่อสารที่ไม่ราบรื่น นอกจากนี้ หากพบว่าการตอบสนองของโรงแรมไม่เป็นที่น่าพอใจ เช่น การไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนห้องหรือไม่คืนเงิน ผู้เข้าพักควรหาแนวทางสื่อสารเพิ่มเติม เช่น แจ้งผ่านช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดีย หรือศูนย์คุ้มครองผู้บริโภคเพื่อความเป็นธรรม สุดท้าย สิ่งที่สำคัญคือการเตรียมตัวและมีวิธีป้องกัน เช่น การพกสเปรย์ไล่แมลงเล็กน้อย หรือเลือกโรงแรมที่มีรีวิวเน้นเรื่องความสะอาดและการดูแลลูกค้าอย่างดี เพื่อความสบายใจที่มากขึ้นขณะพักผ่อนในที่พัก
