NEED A QUICK PROTEIN FIX? 💪🏼😋

Hey everyone!

So I’ve been trying to get back to the gym & was thinking of what options I have for my meals since I don’t have time for meal prep nowadays 🥹

I recently tried this Donburi place Salmon Warrior - SingPost Centre and thought it was a great option for protein meals since they have a wide variety of protein with carbs 😋 THEY HAVE UDON TOO!!

I tried the beef udon & it was surprisingly REALLY good. I was thinking eh can’t be that good since it’s a “takeaway” concept but it was so tender & flavourful 😋 I also really like the yakitori for a quick protein fix - and you can do without the sauces too 🙌🏼

It’s super convenient & fast - better than going to supermarket and getting their dons/ salads 🙏🏻 PS they also have 3 super conveniently located outlets ⭐️

Their protein bowls, especially the salmon mentai don and beef udon, provide a great balance of nutrients and fantastic flavors that keep me coming back. The udon is surprisingly tender and full of taste despite the takeaway setup. For those who prefer quick bites, the tsukune chicken yakitori is an excellent choice—packed with protein and easy to eat on the go. I appreciate that you can enjoy these dishes without heavy sauces, which makes them a lighter and healthier option. Plus, the three strategically located outlets make it really convenient to grab a meal between workouts or busy errands. Compared to supermarket dons or salads, Salmon Warrior offers more freshness and variety, making it my top pick for quick protein fixes. Whether you're aiming for muscle growth or just a nutritious meal, give their master udon and protein bowls a try—you won't be disappointed!
