I always make sure to mash my avocado with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime juice – it really brightens the flavor. Then, I pile on fresh, thinly sliced tomatoes and, for a little kick, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. It's such a simple addition but elevates the whole experience. I toast my bread until it's perfectly golden and slightly crunchy, creating the ideal base for this amazing scrambled eggs avocado toast berries combination. Next up are the fluffy scrambled eggs.
