It's not just about genes—it's about daily choices! I've been geeking out on the science of longevity, and I'm sharing my top tips to help you feel vibrant, energized, and youthful for years to come.

1. Eat for Longevity

Forget restrictive diets! The secret is in “whole foods”.

✅ Load up on: Colorful berries, leafy greens, nuts, and fatty fish like salmon. These are packed with antioxidants that fight free radicals and reduce inflammation—a major aging accelerator!

✅ Ditch the processed stuff: Seriously, cutting out ultra-processed foods is a game-changer. Studies link them to inflammation and a higher risk of age-related diseases.

✅ Try Intermittent Fasting: I practice a 8-10 hour eating window! It supports cellular repair and can improve metabolic health. Think of it as giving your body a daily reset.

2. Move Like Your Youth Depends On It 💪
