Back then, I came back with a new book review from what I reviewed. In the past, there was only investigative literature. There was a draft post. But I haven't posted 😆. I had the opportunity to borrow a book at the faculty library (my own book is still piled in the dormitory, haha). This is a very cute cover, plus going to work, so I thought it would be useful to apply what I read.

จากประสบการณ์ตรงที่ได้อ่านหนังสือ "ตัวท็อปออฟฟิศ" และลองนำแนวคิดไปใช้ในสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานจริง พบว่าสิ่งที่ทำให้คนหนึ่งโดดเด่นในที่ทำงานไม่ได้อยู่แค่ทักษะเฉพาะงานเท่านั้น แต่เป็นเรื่องเล็กๆ ที่แทบจะมองไม่เห็น เช่น การกล้าแสดงความคิดเห็นก่อนใครในที่ประชุม ซึ่งไม่เพียงแค่แสดงความมั่นใจ แต่ยังสะท้อนการเตรียมตัวมาอย่างดี และยังช่วยให้เราเป็นคนที่เปิดประเด็นให้ทีมได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นอย่างรวดเร็ว นอกจากนี้ การไม่กลัวความล้มเหลวถือเป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้ตัวเองได้เรียนรู้และเติบโต เพราะคนที่ไม่เคยล้มเหลวเลยจะติดอยู่กับที่ ไม่มีพัฒนาการ ส่วนทักษะการสังเกตเพื่อนร่วมงานเพื่อรู้ว่าใครเก่งด้านไหน ก็เป็นเคล็ดลับสำคัญที่ช่วยให้เราสามารถขอความช่วยเหลือได้อย่างเหมาะสม และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับทีม นับว่าเป็นกลยุทธ์ที่ช่วยลดอีโก้และส่งเสริมความร่วมมือได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม สิ่งเหล่านี้เป็นบทเรียนที่ช่วยให้เข้าใจว่าการทำงานแบบมืออาชีพไม่ได้วัดกันที่ตำแหน่งหรือหน้าที่การงาน แต่เป็นเรื่องของทัศนคติและทักษะด้านแรงงานที่ละเอียดอ่อนที่ผสมผสานกันอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เรื่องนี้จึงเหมาะกับคนที่กำลังจะก้าวเข้าสู่วัยทำงาน โดยเฉพาะเด็กจบใหม่ที่ต้องการเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมและก้าวสู่การเป็นตัวท็อปของออฟฟิศได้จริง สุดท้าย ผมขอแนะนำให้ทุกคนลองสังเกตพฤติกรรมของตัวเองและคนรอบข้างในที่ทำงาน เพื่อค้นหาจุดที่สามารถพัฒนา และอย่าลืมว่า "ตัวท็อป" ไม่ได้หมายความว่าต้องเก่งที่สุดเสมอไป แต่ต้องรู้จักใช้จุดแข็งตัวเองให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดรวมถึงรู้จักทำงานเป็นทีมอย่างมีความสุข
