The best iced coffee recipe ☕️ 🧊
This is my favorite iced coffee recipe. I love it because it doesn’t have a lot of crazy ingredients. Also, I think this is one of the best sweeteners to use. I’m sure it will still spike your insulin but not as much as sugar, right? So, it may be nice if you’re on a low carb diet, right? Idk! I switch between honey and Agave. Depending on if the day is long and rough, I will make a 32 oz coffee. But most days I do a 16 oz glass and it’s my absolute favorite!
Iced Coffee Recipe: 16 oz Glass
•Nescafé Gold Espresso - 1 teaspoon
(sometimes I use a little more for a more robust flavor)
•Half and Half - 6 ounces
•Honey - 1 tablespoon
•Warm Water - 1 ounce
•Salt - just a sprinkle
Instructions:
1. Take 1 ounce of water (and warm in the microwave) or just get warm water
2. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of instant coffee in the warm water
3. Stir honey into the warm mixture
4. Sprinkle in a tiny bit of salt
5. Pour in 7 ounces of half and half
6. Stir to combine everything
7. Fill the rest of jar with ice (you can also fill your jar with ice first and then pour in your coffee mixture)
8. ENJOY!
