As an acne prone girly I typically avoid oils on my face but my body eats this stuff up! I think we often invest so much time/money/energy into our skincare routine that it’s easy to overlook our body care.
But lemme tell you the second I started giving my body some extra TLC it’s like my ash and KP never existed!
I have an extensive body care routine now but here’s some of my favorite body oils that made all the difference:
1. Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Oil. This stuff is liquid gold ✨ I mix it with my body lotion and my skin instantly starts to glow. I go a little heavy with it in these cold month(especially on my elbows 🥴) but one bottle last me at least 4-5 months.
2. Bio Oil. Are we not all using this already? 🤔 Trust me it’s no magic cure for stretch marks(there’s no shame in them either) but using this oil consistently definitely makes them less prominent and noticeable!
3. Osea Undaria Algae Body Oil. I wasn’t too sure about this one when I first learned about it but she QUICKLY won me over. It’s hydrating, its hypoallergenic, AND it leaves the prettiest glow on the skin 😭🙌🏽 I prefer this during the day because it’s lightweight and doesn’t stain my clothes.
