Day 1✨ 7.1.26
If you can’t tell, I really love challenges and they really push me out of my comfort zone so I decided to add a working out challenge for this month along with my cleaning and decluttering challenge🤭 it’s gonna be FUUUUNNNN!!!!!
My rules are any length of workout counts so long as it’s movement 🤗 walks, stretches, lifts, running etc!!!! Let’s do this!!
#fitnesschallenges #momfitness #momlife #postpartum #workout 🏋️
Starting a fitness challenge can be both exciting and intimidating, especially if you're juggling other responsibilities like motherhood or work. What I love about this challenge is the flexibility it offers—any type of movement counts, no matter how long or intense. This approach helped me stay consistent and not feel overwhelmed, whether I was taking a brisk walk with my baby or doing some light stretches during nap time. Tracking progress can also be a great motivator. I used apps like Strava to log my workouts, which made the 34-minute sessions feel like a real achievement at the end of the day. Seeing yourself improve day by day, even with small steps, builds confidence and reinforces the habit. If you’re postpartum or new to fitness, setting simple, manageable goals—like moving every day for at least a few minutes—can make a huge difference. It’s less about perfection and more about creating a sustainable routine that fits your lifestyle. Plus, linking a fitness challenge with decluttering your space boosted my mental clarity and overall well-being. So, whether you're a busy mom, recovering postpartum, or just someone looking to incorporate more movement, I encourage you to join in. Celebrate the small wins, listen to your body, and enjoy the fun of trying new ways to move. Remember, every bit of movement adds up and contributes to your health and happiness!
