The company submitted from Social Security, M.33, that we resigned ourselves. ‼️

Dismissal = 60% × 6 months (6 months Social Security must be paid in the period, before dismissal)
Resignation itself = 45% × 3 months
⚠️‼️ a cure for information fever. Unemployment reasons.

1. You need the company to correct the reason in Sp.6-09 online form, print it out and write it.
2. The company issued a termination book.
(The employee does not have to sign the document because we have not received compensation from the Labor Department)
3. Apply documents to the Sp.S. and register unemployed with the Employment Department → Pending compensation.
(Offices in the county that do their own jobs)
4.7-14 days, the correction officer has finished calling, checking, asking if the status has been changed and when the money will enter.
5. I forgot to report online every month too.

จากประสบการณ์ที่ถูกเลิกจ้างโดยไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้าและพบว่า บริษัทได้แจ้งข้อมูลเท็จเรื่องการลาออกเองในประกันสังคม มาตรา 33 ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อสิทธิประกันสังคมและเงินชดเชยว่างงานที่ได้รับ เราจึงต้องแก้ไขข้อมูลดังกล่าวเพื่อให้สิทธิ์ของเราคงอยู่ ขั้นตอนแรก คือการประสานงานกับบริษัทเพื่อให้แก้ไขข้อมูลในแบบฟอร์ม สปส.6-09 ออนไลน์และขอหนังสือเลิกจ้างที่ชัดเจนโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องเซ็นรับรองหากยังไม่ได้รับค่าชดเชย จากนั้นนำเอกสารเหล่านี้ไปยื่นที่สำนักงานประกันสังคมหรือกรมการจัดหางานในเขตพื้นที่ทำงานของเรา เพื่อขอลงทะเบียนว่างงานและรับเงินชดเชย หลังจากยื่นเอกสารแล้ว จะใช้เวลาประมาณ 7-14 วันในการตรวจสอบและแก้ไขสถานะ พร้อมตรวจสอบวันจ่ายเงินชดเชยผ่านเจ้าหน้าที่ และต้องไม่ลืมรายงานตัวออนไลน์ทุกเดือนตามที่กำหนด สำหรับผู้ที่กำลังว่างงานหรือถูกเลิกจ้าง นอกจากขั้นตอนการแก้ไขข้อมูลแล้ว ควรเช็คสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆ ที่คุณจะได้รับจากประกันสังคมมาตรา 33 เช่น ค่าชดเชยที่ถูกต้อง (60% ของค่าจ้าง 6 เดือนก่อนถูกเลิกจ้าง) รวมถึงบริการตรวจสุขภาพประจำปีที่ครอบคลุมภายใต้สิทธิผู้ประกันตนด้วย การรู้ว่าต้องทำอย่างไรเมื่อเจอสถานการณ์นี้เป็นเรื่องสำคัญมาก อย่าปล่อยให้บริษัทแจ้งข้อมูลเท็จจนทำให้คนที่ว่างงานต้องเสียสิทธิของตัวเองไป เพราะด้วยความรู้และการจัดการอย่างถูกต้อง สิทธิ์และเงินชดเชยของเราสามารถเรียกร้องกลับมาได้อย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว
