📅 This Time Last Year… I Was Struggling.
I was heartbroken. Burnt out. Physically and mentally drained.
I had just gone through a breakup, my health was spiraling, and I couldn’t get myself back on track no matter how hard I tried.
By the time fall came around, I had gained 50 lbs in just 6 months. My hormones were a mess. Anxiety was high. I felt lost and hopeless.
I remember crying—literally begging God to help me because I couldn’t do it on my own.
