「つむじ割れが治らない…」って検索しちゃう時、実は“完全に治す”というより「その日の割れを瞬間リセットして、戻りにくくする」方向に切り替えると気持ちがラクでした。私も髪が細めでトップがぺたんとしやすく、分け目が固定されるタイプなので、朝はOKでも昼に鏡を見て絶望…がよくあります。 まず見直したのは“分け目の癖づき”です。毎日同じところで分けていると、根元が寝たまま形状記憶みたいになって、つむじ周りがパカーンと割れやすくなりました。なので、家では意識して分け目を1〜2cmずらす日を作ったり、週に数回だけでも反対側に流して乾かしたりしています。これだけで「治らない」と感じる頻度が少し下がりました。 次に大事だったのがドライヤー。スタイリングはコームだけでも変わるけど、根元が寝たままだと戻りやすいです。おすすめは、髪を軽く濡らして“割れてる根元だけ”をリセットする方法。 1) 割れ目周辺の根元を霧吹きで軽く湿らせる（ベタ濡れにしない） 2) 手で根元をこすって癖をゆるめる 3) ドライヤーで根元を左右に振りながら乾かす 4) 仕上げに冷風を当てて形を固定 ここまでやってから、先の細いコーム（テールコーム）でジグザグに分け目を作ると、「トップふんわり」が長持ちしやすかったです。 「つむじ割れが治らない女性」にありがちな落とし穴は、重めのオイルやバームを根元付近まで付けちゃうこと。ツヤは出るけど、トップが沈んで地肌が強調されやすい…。私はオイルは毛先中心、根元は軽いミストかパウダー系（ボリュームタイプ）に変えたら自然に見えました。 それでも割れが強い日は、根元用のキープスプレーを“ほんの少し”。付けすぎると束っぽくなるので、スプレー→手に取って→根元を支える、の順にすると失敗しにくいです。 最後に、抜け毛増加や頭皮の赤み・かゆみがある場合は、スタイリングだけで無理せず頭皮ケアや専門相談も視野に入れるのが安心。私は「瞬間リセット術」を持っておくだけで、外出先でも焦らなくなりました。
