It is a local gourmet that represents Kure!!
This cold noodle is characterized by the exquisite combination of chewy flat noodles and spicy, sweet and sour soup based on chicken paitan. Generally, char siu, pickled shrimp, boiled egg and cucumber are used as toppings.

~ How to eat ~
・ After eating about half of it, it is standard to enjoy the change of taste with the original seasoning called "vinegar mustard."

呉冷麺の魅力は、なんと言ってもスープと麺のバランスです。私は初めて呉冷麺を食べたとき、そのピリ辛ながらもさっぱりした風味に驚きました。 また、呉冷麺のもう一つの楽しみは味変です。半分ほど食べ た後に「酢からし」を入れることで、味に深みが増し、最後まで飽きずに美味しくいただけます。黒酢をかける食べ方もおすすめで、まろやかさが加わって新たな味の発見があります。 呉龍や珍来軒は人気店のため、訪問は早めが吉。特にお昼時は売切れ次第終了となるため、11時半の開店からなるべく早く訪れるのをお勧めします。 店内はシンプルでアットホームな雰囲気。地元の方々が愛してやまないソウルフードとして、訪れれば温かい人情とともに味わえる逸品です。 夏の暑い日にはもちろん、年間通じて楽しめるメニューなので、観光や出張の際にもぜひ立ち寄ってみてはいかがでしょうか。呉に来たら一度は食べてほしい、そんな一杯です。
